Attorney Jim Blane obtained a degree in Business Administration from UNC at Chapel Hill, earning distinction by being selected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the top five percent (5%) of his graduation class. He counsels as to the best form of business entity to create and he serves as general counsel for numerous limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors, handling employee disputes, vendor disputes, drafting owners and shareholders agreements, security agreements, notes, contracts, leases corporate minutes, and by-laws, and generally servicing the commercial client.
