With more than 30 years combined experience in Debtor/Creditor representation the Firm can assist to reorganize debts or obtain a 'fresh start'. The Firm enjoys protecting honest businesses and individuals from overreaching creditors and also representing fair lenders and creditors from borrowers who try to abuse the system.

Business And Transactional Law

Attorney Jim Blane obtained a degree in Business Administration from UNC at Chapel Hill, earning distinction by being selected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the top five percent (5%) of his graduation class. He counsels as to the best form of business entity to create and he serves as general counsel for numerous limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors, handling employee disputes, vendor disputes, drafting owners and shareholders agreements, security agreements, notes, contracts, leases corporate minutes, and by-laws, and generally servicing the commercial client.

Litigation Of Disputes

Litigation is becoming more commonplace in our society. There is a strong need to be protected from irrational behavior, and to also be able to enforce one's moral and legal rights if wronged. Attorney Jim. Blane believes there is a need to litigate when negotiated solutions fail to resolve differences.
